30-Day Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning as intended.
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible
We do not require items to be unused if the issue is related to functionality or damage.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Personalized or custom-made items
Sale items are final unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Start a Return

In your email, include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos or videos if the item is damaged or not working
Our team will review your request and provide next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 2–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a replacement item, we recommend placing a new order once your refund has been completed.

Return Shipping
- If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping
- For other approved returns, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility
